Terms and conditions of STUDIO HILLBILLY, owner: Immanuel Lindenfeld.

[1] Validity to businesses and Definitions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions between me and a consumer in force at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which can be attributed primarily neither commercial nor independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

(3) The presentation of goods in my online shop is not legally binding contract offer on our part, but only a non-binding invitation to consumers to order goods. By ordering the desired
goods, the consumer makes a binding offer for him to sign the sales contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in my online shop the following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by going through as provided for in our online shop ordering procedure
successfully.

This order involves the following steps:

1) Selecting the desired goods
2) Confirm by pushing the „ADD TO CART“ button
3) checkout of the information in your cart
4) Calculation of any shipping costs by choosing the shipping address and pushing the „UPDATE“ button.
5) Checking the updated total amount including the shipping costs
6) Pushing the button „PROCEED TO CHECKOUT“
7a) User login into the online shop after having been registered with login data (email address and password).

7b) Just signing in the full address and shipping details (name, address, phone number, E-mail address, shipping address) without login
8) Binding purchase by pushing the button „PLACE ORDER“

Before making a binding order the consumer is able to return to the website on which the costumer information and possible mistakes can be corrected by pushing
the „back“-button of the internet browser or canceling the entire ordering process by closing the internet browser.
I confirm the receipt of your order immediately by sending an automatically generated E-mail ( „Order Confirmation“). Thereby I do accept your offer.

[3] Prices, shipping costs, payment due date

(1) The displayed prices are excluding possible shipping costs.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay in advance, by PayPal, by Klarna or by credit card payment.
(3) If the consumer has selected to pay in advance, the constumer thereby agrees to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion.

[4] Delivery

(1) If it is not described in the product description, all products can be shipped at the latest within 2 business days. Delivery is usually done within 4 working days.
Should there be a delay, the buyer will be informed immediately by E-mail. The deadline for delivery in the case of advance payment is the day of the receipt of payment
on my bank account and all other forms of payment at the day after the conclusion. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery,
it shall expire on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods is transferred to the buyer upon handover.

[5] Retention of title

We reserve the title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have to the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you have taken in possession or any representative third party beside the carrier has taken in possession of the good.

by a clear statement (eg a consigned by mail letter, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose you can use the model withdrawal form in the attachement.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to pay back all the payments that we have received from you except the shipping costs immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the notification was received about your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you wish otherwise; in any case there will not be charged any fees because of this repayment.

I can withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods.

You have to return the goods immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us about your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days expires . You agree to return the goods in an undamaged condition to us, otherwise the damaged goods / the damaged art prints will be charged.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are all discounted and discount campaign products.

You pay the cost of returning the goods.

[8] Warranty

The contract language is exclusively German.

[10] Advertising – Marketing – E-mail use

With the purchase, as well as the register of personal e-mail and customer data, the customer agrees to receive advertising, promotions and marketing as part of my marketing campaigns.

[11] Colors & smaller Differences

Unfortunately I‘m not able to guarantee that the colors on the product you receive is exactly similar to those you have seen on your screen. Colors may vary depending on the display of your IT device. I’m not able to exclude smaller differences and tiny flaws in the print and paper. Especially because each art print is logo embossed with love by hand. Thank you for understanding.

[12] Product excluding frame

As described in the product description all art prints are sold without frame.

[13] Customs & Import Taxes

The costumer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
